We are partnering with a fast growing Private Equity backed Managed IT Services Provider. An established MSP and Microsoft Partner business now into the early stages of their high growth journey to build and expand to a 50M T/O business.

This role offers the opportunity to join at an exciting time where newly created roles like this Project Manager position are being created. It also provides the potential to become the Head of Project Management and to establish PMO/PM services and build a team as success grows.

They require an experienced and adaptable Project Manager who has worked at the outset to meet client milestones and manage the project’s billing elements. You will work with internal teams and the customer from project kickoff to manage key stakeholders, internal teams, and the project through to solutions and service build/deployment.

As a successful MSP operating in the SME split across Managed IT services and Professional IT services, you will offer customers a best-in-class technology project management service and have the opportunity to contribute ideas on how projects can be run more effectively, as well as access to templates and project documentation.

Projects can/will include:

  • EUC/Desktop - Microsoft 365/MFA/Conditional Access/AVD
  • Cloud Services - Azure / Private Cloud / Data Center
  • Security (Microsoft Defender, Endpoint)
  • Device Management (MDM, Intune)
  • Networking (Routing, firewalls)
  • Project Transition (in/out of service/BAU)

What do you need?

  • Solid Project Management experience in a similar IT services environment
  • Ideally have infrastructure, cloud, workplace or networking project experience
  • PRINCE2 qualified (practitioner ideally)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Full UK Right to Work
  • Experience with SME and SMC size customer organisations
