Location: South West, UK

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday hours per week (Hybrid working)

We are thrilled to offer a stimulating role for an experienced Engineer to become a vital part of the new and exciting Bristol office. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a highly skilled team, responsible for delivering on-site services to a diverse clientele spread across the UK, with a primary focus on Bristol and the South West region.

In this role, you will take on diverse responsibilities such as equipment installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and more.

Key Qualities:

Valuable Technical Experience:

  • Modern Workplace expertise, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Proficiency with on-premises exchange, O365, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Competency in router and firewall configurations, particularly SonicWall, WatchGuard, and DrayTec.
  • Network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with wireless technologies, including Ubiquity, DrayTec, and Ruckus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Server from 2012 onwards, including building, configuring, and installing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7 onwards.
  • Familiarity with MacOSX and mobile operating systems (Apple and Android).

Applicants with a Microsoft MCP qualification or higher and certifications in any of the mentioned fields will be highly regarded.
