Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist Location: Remote (UK) We're looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join a growing Microsoft Partner delivering cloud transformation projects for customers across the UK. This is a customer-facing Professional Services role where you'll design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions, helping organisations modernise collaboration, security and productivity. If you enjoy working across the Microsoft ecosystem, solving technical challenges and delivering high-quality customer outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects. Deploy and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva. Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity. Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery. Deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace and on-premises migrations. Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise throughout project delivery. Produce technical documentation and implementation guides. You'll have hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.
