What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing systems.
- Building, configuring and deploying laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 environments and business applications.
- Learning to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware and user issues.
- Working with technologies such as Intune, Autopilot, Defender and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Maintaining accurate ticket updates, documentation and asset records.
- Assisting with device lifecycle management, repairs, refreshes and decommissioning.
- Supporting software testing, upgrades and release activities.
- Escalating complex issues with clear notes and diagnostics.
- Working closely with experienced engineers and consultants to develop your skills.
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Technology or a related subject — or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong interest in technology, systems and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working onsite in the Poole/Bournemouth area every day.
