Opportunity to be Head of Presales. Fully Remote + Office Collaboration (S.East/Essex). We are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing Private Equity backed Managed IT Services Provider. An established MSP and Microsoft Partner business approaching 100 people and growing. Now into the early stages of their high growth journey to build and expand to a £50M T/O operation through a mix of acquisition and organic growth strategy.
This offers the opportunity for those interested to join at this exciting time where newly created roles like this technical Presales position are being established. Plus, this offers the chance to become the head of Presales and to build a team around you as success builds.
They require a Pre-Sales Engineer / Architect who will scope out customer requirements, run workshops and produce the solution designs necessary for creating new project services wins to both existing customers and new clients across:
- Microsoft Cloud services
- EUC/Desktop
- M365
- Azure
- Cyber Security
- Data Centre
- Networking
They are also building their Professional Services capability to offer best in class technology project services to new customers.
Experience Required:
- EUC/Desktop - Microsoft 365/MFA/Conditional Access/AVD
- Cloud Services - Azure / Private Cloud / Data Center
- Security (Microsoft Defender, Endpoint)
- Professional IT services experience
- Device Management (MDM, Intune)
- Networking (Routing, firewalls)
- Technical sales documentation for tenders/proposals
