Lead a major Azure-to-AWS transformation within a highly regulated financial services environment.
We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of a large-scale cloud migration and modernisation programme.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and deep AWS migration expertise.
What You'll Do
- Lead architecture for a complex Azure-to-AWS migration programme
- Drive application and infrastructure modernisation initiatives
- Guide senior stakeholders on cloud transformation strategy
- Produce high and low-level designs, migration plans, and technical governance
- Act as the senior technical authority throughout delivery
- Key Requirements
Proven experience leading Azure to AWS migrations across
- Infrastructure (Windows Servers, Windows Containers)
- Databases (SQL Server)
- Legacy . NET application estates
Strong hands on experience with
- AWS MAP (Migration Acceleration Programme)
- Amazon EKS
- Windows-to-Linux modernisation
- SQL Server to Postgre SQL migrations
- AWS RDS Postgre SQL
Ability to define migration strategies, target architectures, and modernisation roadmaps.
Excellent customer-facing communication and executive stakeholder presentation skills.

- Experience within Mortgage, Banking, or Financial Services
- Understanding of regulatory, security, and data governance requirements in highly regulated environments
