Up to 4 days per month (Part time). Must be able to travel to either London or Marlow offices. As Cloud Bridge continues to lead as an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, we are entering a pivotal stage of strategic growth and are seeking a high-caliber Non-Executive Director (Strategy, M&A and Value Creation) to join our leadership circle. We are looking for an experienced board-level finance professional with a proven track record in M&A, private equity to help guide our trajectory toward a future sale.

The Role

  • Strategic Growth: Partner with management to drive long-term value creation.
  • Exit Readiness: Lead the preparation for a future sale, ensuring the business is positioned for maximum valuation should the opportunity arise.
  • Investor Readiness: Challenge management and refine internal processes to meet the highest investor standards.
