We’re looking for a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency across the business. This role sits at the intersection of AI, engineering, and operational delivery — working closely with technical teams to identify manual bottlenecks and translate them into scalable, AI-driven solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Attend technical and IT meetings to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Translate business pain points into clear AI/ML use cases and delivery plans
- Design and build LLM- and ML-based solutions to improve internal processes
- Deploy automation tools and AI agents that enhance quality, speed, and consistency
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, owning delivery of well-scoped initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- AI / ML (2–4 years experience)
- Hands-on experience delivering ML solutions in production or advanced prototypes
- Strong understanding of: Supervised learning, evaluation metrics, overfitting/regularisation, NLP fundamentals (embeddings, classification, summarisation)
- Experience with: PyTorch or TensorFlow, LLM APIs or open-source models
- Strong Python Skills and APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation and validation
- Understanding of handling sensitive data and PII
