Up to 4 days per month (Part time). Must be able to travel to either London, Marlow offices. As Cloud Bridge continues to lead as an AWS Premier Consulting Partner, we are entering a pivotal stage of strategic growth and are seeking a high-caliber Non-Executive Director (Strategy, M&A and Value Creation) to join our leadership circle. We are looking for an experienced board-level finance professional with a proven track record in M&A, private equity to help guide our trajectory toward a future sale.

The Role

  • Strategic Growth: Partner with management to drive long-term value creation.
  • Exit Readiness: Lead the preparation for a future sale, ensuring the business is positioned for maximum valuation should the opportunity arise.
  • Investor Readiness: Challenge management and refine internal processes to meet the highest investor standards.
