We are seeking a friendly, organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our small, supportive office team. This part-time position is designed to work around school hours, with a typical schedule of 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday, although start and finish times can be flexible for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing enquiries via telephone and email
- Updating and maintaining information across multiple internal systems
- Assisting with dispatch paperwork and invoicing
- Supporting stock allocation and order coordination
- Providing excellent service to customers and colleagues
What We're Looking For:
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
