Telesales Executive

Cloud 9 are looking for a Telesales Executive to join a leading polythene packaging solutions company in the North West. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales career within the ever-evolving packaging industry so if you have a knack for telesales sales and a fearless attitude towards cold calling, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities * Generating new business/leads through proactive outreach. * Selling, upselling and cross-selling the company's products/services. * Building and maintaining new customer relationships. * Meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Working with customer services to help identify potential customers. * Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient and effective manner. The Person * You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a telesales role within the packaging industry. * Confident and clear communicating skills. * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. * Computer/CRM literate. * Motivated and ambitious.
