Role Overview

As Social Media & Content Marketing Executive , you’ll be the creative force behind our brand’s social presence. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of social media content , from strategy and ideation to filming, editing, and publishing . You’ll be confident in front of the camera, leading engaging video content while bringing the stories of our brand, our people, and our customers to life.

This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with social media trends , knows how to create viral moments, and can evidence a history of driving significant growth across social account . If you love storytelling, creating scroll-stopping content, and engaging with audiences , we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creation of social media content , from concept to execution.
• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts , and other social platforms.
• Be confident on camera , presenting content, interviewing team members/customers, and leading brand storytelling.
• Create compelling written and visual content for organic social media posts, campaigns, and engagement.
• Lead social media strategy , driving audience engagement and follower growth.
• Track and analyse social media performance , using insights to optimise content strategy.
• Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and platform updates , ensuring Clothes2order remains at the forefront of digital content.
• Work collaboratively across the business , interviewing team members and customers to extract authentic stories.
• Experiment with new content formats , interactive content, and innovative social activations.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and fostering brand conversations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 1+ years experience creating social media content for a business or at scale for personal projects.
• Passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and content creation .
• Strong video production skills , including filming, editing, and presenting.
• Confident on camera – comfortable filming, speaking, and engaging audiences .
• Proven ability to grow social media accounts , increasing followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Exceptional copywriting skills , with a creative and engaging tone.
• A strong eye for design , ensuring all content is visually appealing and brand-aligned.
• Sociable, outgoing, and confident , able to build relationships across the business and bring stories to life.
• Comfortable using content creation tools , including CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience running social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Understanding of SEO for content marketing .
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns.
• Experience with social listening tools and analytics platforms.
• Background in photography and graphic design to enhance content production.
