About Us

We're looking for a talented Website, CRM & Digital Analytics Specialist to work across two exciting, growing fashion businesses: Clothes Cycle and Poppy Archive. Clothes Cycle is one of the UK's leading preloved fashion events brands, bringing together thousands of fashion lovers, independent sellers and creatives at large-scale thrift markets, fashion experiences and festivals across the UK and Ireland. Poppy Archive is a curated vintage fashion business specialising in unique, handpicked secondhand pieces. We're a small, ambitious, all-female team of four based in Dalston, London, and we're looking for someone who can help us take our websites, customer journeys and digital performance to the next level.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who loves the intersection of website design, customer behaviour, data and digital growth. You'll be responsible for improving our websites, managing and developing our CRM systems, building engaging email campaigns, strengthening our SEO and helping us better understand how customers discover and interact with our brands. We want someone who can look at our website traffic, understand where our ticket sales and customers are coming from, identify opportunities for improvement and, most importantly, implement changes that deliver results. This is not a paid advertising or social media management role. Instead, you'll focus on what happens when people reach our websites, how we convert them into customers and how we build long-term relationships with them. This is a hands-on position with plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to make a real impact across two growing businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Website Design & Optimisation
    • Designing, improving and maintaining visually engaging, user-friendly websites.
    • Working primarily with Wix for Clothes Cycle and Shopify for Poppy Archive.
    • Creating attractive, high-converting landing pages for events, ticket sales and product launches.
    • Improving website navigation, mobile experience and customer journeys.
    • Identifying opportunities to increase ticket sales, online purchases and conversion rates.
    • Ensuring both websites are visually consistent with our branding and easy to navigate.
  • CRM & Email Marketing
    • Managing and developing our customer databases and CRM systems.
    • Creating beautifully designed, engaging email campaigns and newsletters.
    • Building automated email journeys, segmentation and targeted campaigns.
    • Developing strategies to improve customer retention, repeat purchases and engagement.
    • Improving how we collect, organise and use customer data.
    • Monitoring email performance and continuously optimising campaigns.
  • Website Analytics & Customer Insights
    • Tracking and analysing website traffic, user behaviour and conversions.
    • Understanding where our ticket buyers and website visitors are coming from, including social media, paid advertising, email, organic search and direct traffic.
    • Using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and tracking links to understand customer acquisition.
    • Helping us understand which marketing channels, campaigns and landing pages generate the most ticket sales.
    • Identifying where customers drop off in the booking or purchasing journey.
    • Creating clear, actionable reports and dashboards to help us make smarter business decisions.
    • Working alongside our existing advertising team to ensure tracking and attribution are accurate, without managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • SEO & Organic Growth
    • Developing and implementing SEO strategies across both businesses.
    • Conducting keyword research and improving on-page SEO.
    • Optimising website copy, metadata, site structure and content.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve Google search rankings and increase organic traffic.
    • Monitoring SEO performance and implementing improvements.
  • Copywriting & Digital Content
    • Writing engaging, on-brand website copy, landing pages and email campaigns.
    • Creating SEO-friendly blog posts and other written content.
    • Developing compelling messaging that encourages visitors to take action.
    • Ensuring a consistent tone of voice across our digital platforms.

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven hands-on experience in website design and optimisation, CRM, email marketing and digital analytics.
  • Experience working with Wix and Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, website traffic analysis and conversion tracking.
  • Experience building email campaigns, customer segments and automated journeys.
  • Good knowledge of SEO and organic search optimisation.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and a strong eye for design.
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into practical improvements.
  • Confidence working independently and implementing ideas rather than simply recommending them.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with fashion, e-commerce or ticketed events businesses.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking and conversion attribution.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp or other CRM/email platforms.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite.
  • Experience improving customer retention through CRM automations.

Why Work With Us?

You'll be joining a small, creative and ambitious team at an exciting stage of growth. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects across two fashion businesses, with the freedom to suggest ideas, implement improvements and see the direct impact of your work. We're looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of digital work, is genuinely interested in fashion and wants to build a long-term working relationship with us.
