About Clothes Cycle

Clothes Cycle is a fast-growing fashion and events company on a mission to make secondhand fashion more accessible, exciting and social.

We organise large-scale preloved fashion markets and experiences across the UK and Ireland, bringing together thousands of attendees, independent fashion sellers, creatives and small businesses.

With an ambitious calendar of events, exciting new concepts, we're looking for an incredibly organised, proactive and enthusiastic person to join our growing team.

We're currently an all-female team of four based in Dalston, London, and we're looking for someone who loves making things happen.

About the Role

We're looking for an Events & Operations Coordinator to help plan, organise and deliver our growing calendar of events across the UK and Ireland. You will be taking ownership of the Clothes cycle market events throughout uk + ireland. Working under our head of ops... if will be up to you to make sure these events run smoothly.

This is a varied, fast-paced and hands-on role. One day you might be coordinating with a venue, the next you'll be designing event floor plans, managing seller bookings or helping deliver an event with thousands of attendees.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Operations and the wider team to ensure every event runs smoothly from initial planning through to event day.

We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, loves problem-solving and is confident taking ownership of projects.

Most importantly, you need to be someone who gets things done, thrives in a busy environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Event planning & logistics: Helping coordinate every stage of our events, from initial planning and preparation to delivery and post-event follow-up.
  • Venue & supplier liaison: Communicating with venues, contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure everything is organised and confirmed.
  • Seller management: Supporting our community of independent sellers, managing bookings, answering enquiries and coordinating event requirements.
  • Floor plans & stall allocations: Creating and updating event layouts, managing stall allocations and helping maximise venue space.
  • Budgets & administration: Maintaining spreadsheets, tracking expenses, managing event documents and keeping operational records organised.
  • Event-day operations: Travelling to events across the UK and Ireland, assisting with setup, coordinating teams and troubleshooting issues on the ground.
  • Customer service: Responding to enquiries, resolving problems and ensuring a brilliant experience for sellers and attendees.
  • Team coordination: Working closely with our wider team to manage deadlines, schedules and event preparation.

Who We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence speaking to venues, suppliers, sellers and other stakeholders over the phone.
  • A proactive, resourceful attitude and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Strong administrative skills, including confidence using spreadsheets and managing multiple projects.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland and work event weekends when required.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude — no task is too big or too small!

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience in events, operations or project coordination.
  • Experience creating event floor plans or managing venue layouts.
  • Experience working with suppliers, venues or independent businesses.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • An interest in fashion, sustainability or the creative industries.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at an exciting stage of growth.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience delivering large-scale events, work across different cities and venues, and have genuine responsibility from the beginning.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of projects and help shape how we deliver our events as we continue to expand.

If you’re the kind of person who loves a spreadsheet as much as the buzz of a busy event day, we’d love to meet you.
