We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our fast-paced, close-knit customer service team in the Plymouth, MN area. No two days are the same, and you’ll juggle multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to clients, designers, and installers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Promptly respond to internet leads, convert them into opportunities, and track all outreach in our CRM (ClosetWare/SalesForce).
- Client Scheduling: Confirm appointments, maintain low cancellation/no-show rates, and ensure the appointment schedule is accurate and up-to-date.
- Financial Handling: Process and deposit payments promptly, reconcile accounts daily, and ensure accurate financial records in ClosetWare.
- Opportunity Assignment: Assign leads to designers based on performance, availability, and skillset; coordinate closely with the Sales Manager.
- Installation Coordination: Strategically schedule installations and services, maintain a full calendar, and reschedule efficiently when needed.
- System Management: Keep all client and scheduling information current in ClosetWare and related systems (Centah, OMS, SalesForce).
- Customer & Designer Support: Answer phones professionally, resolve issues quickly, and assist both clients and team members with a helpful attitude.
- Office Organization: Maintain accurate paperwork, manage active job files, and ensure smooth office operations.
