WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We're looking for a recent graduate or someone with 1+ years' work experience to join our close-knit operations team as an Operations Executive, based full-time in our Hammersmith office. If you're organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced events environment, we want to hear from you.
THE ROLE:
- Venue shortlist, selection and rate negotiation within the agreed budget
- Venue liaison pre, during and post event
- Management of external suppliers, including AV, entertainment and offsite dinners
- Delivery of sponsor branding: signage, conference slides, menus and more
- Organise speaker and staff travel to events
- Rota management for the onsite team and team briefings
- Input into the cost of sales budget
- Manage supplier payments in liaison with the CloserStill finance team
- Collate onsite staff expenses
- Input into the development of the OpenRoom App
- Working with the Marketing Manager on website development
