WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our healthcare portfolio. You’ll play a key role in driving event registrations and generating sponsorship leads across seven annual events in the UK and US. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data-driven marketing, and wants to make a real impact in the healthcare sector.
The Role
As our Healthcare Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the VisProm and ExProm marketing strategies, developing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll use automation tools, workflows, and audience segmentation to create engaging campaigns and ensure delegate targets are met in both quality and volume.
Working closely with our Delegate Campaign Executives, you’ll focus on optimising engagement and performance across multiple channels. You’ll also collaborate with the production team to craft tailored messaging and report regularly to the Senior Marketing Manager on campaign success, trends, and key learnings.
While the role doesn’t include direct line management, you’ll act as a key contributor within the team—sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and helping to shape the future growth of our healthcare events.
Day-to-day
- Create, execute, and optimise targeted email campaigns to attract senior healthcare decision-makers across the NHS and US health systems.
- Develop segmented and highly relevant campaigns using audience data such as location, role, and sector.
- Design and implement automation workflows to streamline and enhance engagement.
- Produce compelling and tailored marketing copy in collaboration with the production team.
- Track campaign performance, analyse data insights, and continually refine your approach for better results.
- Provide weekly updates on campaign performance, key observations, and future opportunities.
About You
- You have proven experience in email marketing and campaign management, ideally within the events industry.
- You’re confident using email marketing and automation tools such as HubSpot.
- You have excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with ease. You’re a strong copywriter who understands how to tailor messages for different audiences.
- You’re analytical and comfortable using data to inform and improve your marketing approach.
- You’re collaborative, proactive, and passionate about delivering marketing campaigns that make a real impact.
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring is an advantage, though not essential.
- We do not offer sponsorship for this role
