  • Create engaging French‑language content for audience communications, partner campaigns, and exhibitor marketing initiatives.
  • Produce and adapt visual marketing assets, including digital banners, social‑media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials, in line with the Tech Show Paris brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support exhibitor promotion and marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing activity with media partners, associations, exhibitors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Assist with social‑media management and community engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Support database management and audience segmentation in collaboration with the data team.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within the French technology sector.
  • Assist with visitor registration campaigns and audience acquisition initiatives.
  • Support PR and media outreach activities where required.
  • Assist in coordinating on‑site marketing activity during the event, including branding, signage, social‑media coverage, and visitor engagement.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team as needed.

About You:

  • Fluent French speaker with excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Around 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within events, media, or B2B environments.
  • Experience within the technology sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment; creative mindset with strong copywriting skills; good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media; comfortable using marketing and creative tools such as Canva, CMS systems, CRM/email platforms, and analytics tools; strong creative skills to produce engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, social‑media, partner promotions and event marketing materials; attention to detail and willingness to learn; team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills; proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented approach.
