UKi Media & Events is an international specialist event organiser and publishing company based in Dorking, Surrey. With a team of over 90 people, we publish 13 magazines spanning the automotive, aerospace, marine, meteorological and logistics sectors, and we're proud to deliver world-class events and publications to specialist audiences globally. Our new central Dorking offices are collaborative, engaging, and built for people who want to do great work.
We're looking for an experienced Media Sales Executive to join our publishing team and manage key accounts across two of our flagship titles: Automotive Powertrain Technology International and PMW. You'll be a confident relationship builder with a genuine interest in the automotive engineering and motorsport sectors, and you'll thrive in a role that balances account management with new business development (around 30% of your time). This is a full-time, permanent role based in Dorking, with at least three days a week in the office.

THE ROLE:
Join UKi Media and Events as Sales Manager for Advanced Maritime Technology Expo, an exciting rebrand of the Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo, which has been at the forefront of maritime decarbonisation for the past 10 years. The exhibition now covers four pillars: Electrification, Automation, Infrastructure, and Regulation, bringing all areas of innovation in maritime technology together.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive exhibition stand sales and meet targets.
- Develop and manage sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and industry partners.
- Demonstrate sales growth and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver the show strategy.
- Support the expansion of the exhibition in 2027 and beyond.
- Immerse yourself in the maritime decarbonisation sector and become the expert voice.
ABOUT YOU:
- Experienced in exhibition and sponsorship sales.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth.
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player with a supportive approach.
