- Deliver personal sales targets and drive new business revenue to hit and exceed show targets.
- Develop and execute the campaign strategy set by the Event Directors, covering exhibitor numbers, stand sales, sponsorship inventory, yield and sponsorship revenues.
- Proactively build and manage a prospect database in line with company's CRM policy.
- Visit competitor and industry events to canvas for new business and monitor market activity.
- Collaborate with the US‑based Content Manager to identify companies for exhibiting or sponsoring content streams.
- Maintain an accurate stand and sponsorship ledger and provide monthly revenue forecasts and reports.
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers, associations, media and commercial partners.
- Ensure at least one day per fortnight is spent meeting customers and prospects face to face.
ABOUT YOU

- A confident self‑starter who can independently source and close new business.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable working as part of a wider sales team and reporting to Event Directors.
- Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts and sales ledgers accurately.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills across customers, prospects and industry partners.
- Highly organised, target‑driven and motivated to exceed expectations.
- Curious about and engaged with the automotive, agriculture and off‑highway industries.
- Based in North America.
