WHO WE ARE
At CloserStill, we strive to deliver the best. Our mission is to be the most dynamic B2B events and communities business in every market we serve - bringing people together to learn, connect and grow. Applications are now open for our 2026 Graduate Bootcamp. If you’re ambitious, curious and ready to launch your career at one of the world’s leading events businesses, this is your moment.
Our Graduate Bootcamp is a 10‑week paid programme designed to give you real experience, real skills and real momentum. You’ll rotate across key departments, learn from industry leaders and finish with the commercial understanding and confidence to build a serious career in events. And it works. Over 17% of our current London workforce began their journey on a previous Bootcamp. This is not a summer placement. It is a launchpad into a long‑term career at a company that invests in its people.
What is the Bootcamp?
Over 10 weeks, you’ll be immersed in CloserStill Media - rotating across departments, contributing to live projects and learning what it truly takes to deliver some of the world’s most successful B2B events. You will not stay on the sidelines. We want to give you the platform to contribute from day one. At the end of the programme, all grads will have the opportunity to apply and interview for a permanent role at CloserStill Media. Interview skills and preparation form part of the journey, so you will be fully equipped when that opportunity comes. This is a paid role with a competitive starting salary.
The Rotations
- Operations (deliver): Operations make our events happen. Every floorplan, build, speaker session, stage set‑up and piece of AV is planned and executed by this team. It is fast‑paced, detail‑driven and deadline‑focused. You’ll learn how complex live environments are delivered seamlessly - and why precision matters.
- Marketing (grow): Marketing drives audience and exhibitor growth across our portfolio. Using a mix of paid digital, email, partnerships and creative campaigns, the team communicates the value of attending and exhibiting with clarity and impact. You’ll see how strategy, data and creativity combine to drive measurable commercial results.
- Content (shape): Content defines the credibility of our events. Our Content teams are industry specialists who research markets, identify trends and secure the world‑class speakers that shape each programme. You’ll learn how authority is built, how insight becomes agenda‑setting content and how strong programming drives commercial success.
- Digital Marketing & Technology (scale): This rotation is centred on Digital Marketing, where you’ll drive campaign performance, customer acquisition and audience growth across paid media, email, social media, content and automation. You’ll also spend time with our Technology team, gaining exposure to the product strategy, CX systems and platforms that power registration, CRM, event apps and data across our portfolio.
- Professional Development Sprint (accelerate): New for 2026, this dedicated Sprint fast‑tracks your development. You’ll begin with focused professional training designed to strengthen core workplace skills and commercial awareness. You’ll then work directly with our Learning & Development and Communications teams - contributing to live initiatives, understanding how training programmes are built and rolled out, and seeing how communication shapes culture and performance across an international business. This rotation blends structured learning with real responsibility, building the transferable skills that set future leaders apart.
