The telemarketing team is the team that delivers event audiences. We work across all teams at CloserStill to ensure the right people—key decision‑makers and industry leaders—attend our world‑class events.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • The day kicks off with a high‑energy team meeting where you set your personal target, and commit to hitting it.
  • We run Power Hours throughout the day, dedicated time on the phones to engage prospects and drive registrations.
  • Between Power Hours, recharge in our communal breakout space.
  • Just after lunch, a team huddle to check progress, share what’s working, and push each other harder.
  • You’ll work in our bespoke CRM system (unique to CloserStill) to manage relationships and track your pipeline.
  • You’ll capture client details, company information, and eventually payment data accurately into our event registration system.
  • You’ll also leverage platforms like LinkedIn to prospect, attract clients, and grow your professional network.
  • The day closes with a final team meeting to celebrate wins—and find out if you’ve smashed your target.

This isn’t just about making calls—it's about building relationships, developing commercial awareness, and becoming an expert in your event's industry.
