Our client is an established B2B advisory firm supporting lower middle market businesses with capital raising. The team works across sectors, with strong exposure to healthcare and biotech, and sells through thoughtful discovery rather than pressure tactics.
The Role
- Lead screening calls, evaluation meetings, and proposal conversations with qualified leads.
- The sales cycle is typically three to five calls over three to six weeks, with meetings held on Google Meet and usually lasting 30 minutes.
- Run first calls to understand the company, raise size, investor targets, prior fundraising history, and differentiators.
- Lead second and later stage calls to assess fit, review materials, and present scope of work.
- Manage pipeline, follow up, and admin inside Pipedrive.
- Prepare thoroughly for finance, healthcare, energy and biotech adjacent conversations.
What the Day to Day Looks Like

- Ramp starts with a lighter calendar and can move to roughly 7 to 8 new meetings per day.
- A full day can include around 10 meetings total, plus prep, admin, and follow up.
- Feedback is highly hands on and mainly one to one through call review.
Value of the Offer
Clients typically pay a retainer of $20,000 to $40,000, often with most paid on signature and the balance tied to a milestone.
We are looking for candidates who
- Have polished B2B closing experience and are comfortable with longer sales cycles.
- Can lead high trust founder conversations without a bro-y or pushy style.
- Are smart, professional, coachable, and quick to learn complex offers.
- Can handle prep, CRM discipline, and detailed follow up.
- Bring maturity, integrity, and strong communication.
- Would thrive in a serious, consultative environment rather than a loud bell ringing culture.
- Have biotech, science, pharma, healthcare, finance, or investment banking exposure as a bonus.
