About the Company: Our client is a B2B custom lighting company that acts as a true lighting partner for interior designers and contractors. Founded in 2014, they design and manufacture bespoke lighting through their own network of factories, not dropshipping, and manage the entire process from concept to completion. With a lifetime warranty and hands-on coordination that even includes installation across the Middle East, our client makes high impact lighting feel seamless, reliable, and genuinely fun to deliver.
The Role: As a full cycle Account Executive, you’ll drive the full sales cycle, kicking off with outbound prospecting and outreach concentrating on driving a new US market. From there, you’ll engage leads, handle quotes, follow up, and close deals through to completion.
- Prospect and engage interior designers and contractors (email/phone/outreach)
- Qualify and onboard new accounts
- Generate at least 100 quotes from 600 leads per month with your quotes closing at 30%
- Achieve at least 30 closed quotes per month and manage follow-up through close
- Run a structured pipeline and hit weekly KPI expectations
- Coordinate internally for fulfillment handoff once deals are closed
- Attend morning Huddles via Gmeet
Pipeline management, follow-up, and building rapport quickly with potential clients are key to long-term success. Average project value: $5k.
Compensation: You can expect to earn $6k/mo at min KPI including base. Base is between $1.5k-$3k/mo DOE. Commission is paid out at 1% - 4% tied to monthly average values closed. Bonuses of up to $6k are also paid based on performance.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have 1+ years of B2B closing experience (project-based or luxury strongly preferred) with the ability to manage a pipeline with strong follow up
- Have clear spoken English
- Are confident, professional, and comfortable working remotely with clear communication and presentation skills
- A self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, and is hungry, and driven to excel and maximize their earning potential
- Experience growing a new market
- Comfortable selling solutions (not just taking orders)
- Self-directed and emotionally mature (no micromanagement here)
- Able to work US business hours with strong overlap with UAE/EU hours
