A fully remote Business Development Manager (EU) role. Dep on experience/size of portfolio.
What the job actually involves
Day to day you will be the BDM (EU Market) acquires and manages IBs, affiliates, and traders, driving growth and expanding our client’s FX/CFD presence in EU. They build strong partner relationships, promote our client’s trading products, and execute market-specific sales strategies to boost deposits and activity. Requires solid industry knowledge, strong sales ability, and proven relationship-building skills within the trading/brokerage space. our client is a global online broker offering, and forex, CFDs, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and shares, regulated by multiple authorities and serving retail and institutional clients worldwide.

Who this suits
- Communication: Native-level English other EU languages are a plus, able to build trust and close high-value partnerships remotely or on-site
- Business Development: Proven ability to manage IBs/affiliates/key clients with a solid, verifiable portfolio (e.g., €100K+ monthly net deposits) from a reputable brokerage
- FX/CFD Expertise: Strong understanding of the EU trading market and its regulatory environment
Living in Europe (excluding France, Italy, & UK)
