The Role
We are looking for a Resource Manager to be the calm, clear-sighted force behind how CLOSER's creative and production teams come together. Every brilliant campaign, experience, activation, or shoot depends on the right people being in the right place at the right time and you will be the person who makes that happen, project after project. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving puzzles: balancing ambition against capacity, pace against budget, and wishlists against what is deliverable.
You will own our project tracking and resourcing systems, which form the beating heart of how CLOSER manages our scale and capacity. You will be the trusted voice in the room whenever priorities shift and teams need to move fast. Crucially, you will know our people. You will build a detailed understanding of what each member of our team and network does best so that when a project is initiating, you are not just checking who is available, but confidently recommending who is right.
Working closely with VP Operations, Engagement, and Creative leadership, you will bring structure and foresight to a fast-paced, creatively led studio without ever slowing down the work itself. If you love being the person who keeps everything moving, this is a role built for you.
Responsibilities
Knowing Our Talent, Inside and Out
- Build a genuinely deep understanding of the skillset, strengths, and working style of our team and our network.
- Be the person in the room who can confidently say who should be on a project and why, matching skill, experience, capacity, and location to a project needs.
- Keep a live, working knowledge of our talent pool, so that when a new project lands you already know who to suggest.
- Proactively put names forward for upcoming projects, bringing options to creative and production leads before they have to ask.
- Spot skill or capacity gaps in our existing network early, and flag where new talent needs to be sourced to fill them.
