CLOSER is a Creative Agency and Brand Incubator. We collaborate with global luxury and lifestyle brands to achieve visionary creativity, culture, and craft across marketing campaigns, customer experiences, brand design, product design, and new media technologies.
While we are a team of sixty primarily centered in New York, London, and Thessaloniki, most employees have the option to be hybrid or studio based according to preference.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to strategically support recruitment across the board - creative/agency talent, as well as other key business functions and for our start-up brand incubator. In this role, you will report into the People & Culture Director and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding the full recruitment life cycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys business partnering with stakeholders. This role will work on an as and when required basis, part time.
Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent aligned with our business goals and culture.
- Take job briefs and advise on approach & hiring strategy.
- Support on developing JDs.
- Talent pool and proactive sourcing of candidates.
- Develop and place job adverts on LinkedIn or other pools.
- Screen candidates based on fit for role and culture add.
- Support on identifying how we can proactively improve our diversity.
- Manage applicants and interview process.
- Extend offers and declines, working with HR to ensure onboarding is completed.
- Support on developing employer brand as required.
- Other recruitment related tasks as required.
