Closer is hiring Event Facilitators / Experience Hosts / Social Event Leaders to help lead small, thoughtfully structured gatherings in cities across the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

This part-time, paid role is perfect for people with backgrounds in event hosting, community building, coaching, education, hospitality, theater, group facilitation, or simply being the one who always gathers friends.

What You’ll Do

As a Closer Facilitator, you’ll:

• Host our signature “Intro Night” experiences designed to turn strangers into friends
• Guide the flow of the evening, welcome attendees, and create space for honest connection
• Represent the Closer brand and uphold our ethos of warmth, ease, and belonging
• Lightly facilitate group discussions that make it easy for people to open up

Events are 2–3 hours and typically take place on weekday evenings.

• Has experience with facilitation, teaching, performing, coaching—or just being a connector

• Flexible: commit to at least 2 events/month
