This role will involve the supervision of 28 people in total, and will require a hands-on production manager who doesn't want to be desk-bound!

Job Summary

Responsibilities
Manage daily production activities, coordinating resources and schedules to meet operational targets
Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Oversee supply chain processes, ensuring timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory management using ERP systems such as SAP
Lead and develop production teams, promoting safety, teamwork, and accountability across all shifts
Monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards
Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices in assembly and manufacturing techniques
Maintain detailed documentation of production metrics, incident reports, and compliance records for audit readiness
Experience
Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain management principles
Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and implement process enhancements
Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes and equipment maintenance
Familiarity with quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements
