Our client, an international engineering organisation with a base near Eastleigh, is now looking to recruit a Design Engineer (3D) to join the business on a permanent basis.
Primary Role Functions:
- To create/generate/design 3D assemblies from preliminary layout drawings and concepts with the aim to then produce 2D GA and detail drawings for fabrication.
Job requirements:
- Hold clean UK driving license.
- A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar related degree).
- 5+ years related job experience.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of mechanical design and its application in industrial designs including knowledge/specification of hydraulic systems, motors.
