Responsibilities * Manage daily production activities, coordinating resources and schedules to meet operational targets * Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality * Oversee supply chain processes, ensuring timely procurement of materials and efficient inventory management using ERP systems such as SAP * Lead and develop production teams, promoting safety, teamwork, and accountability across all shifts * Monitor quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards * Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and applying best practices in assembly and manufacturing techniques * Maintain detailed documentation of production metrics, incident reports, and compliance records for audit readiness Experience * Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within a fast-paced industrial environment * Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain management principles * Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and implement process enhancements * Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes and equipment maintenance * Familiarity with quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements * Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments
