Close Farm Surgery is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (independent prescriber) to join our clinical team.
The role focuses on minor illness management with autonomous practice, delivering both telephone and face-to-face consultations.
The post is up to 29 hours weekly (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) with 15-minute appointments, admin time, and GP mentor support.
