Join the Close Brothers Savings Team where you will be responsible for supporting the Savings Product Manager on day-to-day management of the Savings book. Working as part of the Product team our ideal team member will have previous experience in supporting delivery of new initiatives to enhance offerings to customers with extremely high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Savings Product Manager in preparation of pricing proposals for approval through Commercial Forum
• Implementation of agreed rate changes, product changes and new issuances
• Ensure understanding of product set up to support new initiatives, including completion of UAT
• Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements and deadlines are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required
• Provide regular market and competitor insight to inform business decisions – both tactical and strategic
• Production of regular management information to support business decisions
• Work with Balance Sheet Management and other teams to support Savings performance in line with wider balance sheet position (BAU)
• Support in communicating and managing the relationship with third parties

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Powerpoint skills
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• A self-starter who is motivated to set and achieve goals and takes initiative within the team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to think quickly and package ideas and results in a logical, understandable and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Financial Services experience

It is not essential but it would be great if you have/are:

• Business Intelligence (BI) technology literate with an understanding of tools and technology, e.g. Business Objects, Tableau, Alteryx
• Experience in training mentoring colleagues with certain skill sets
• Alteryx Designer certification (core or advanced)
