Join the Close Brothers Retail Team where you will be part of the Chief Controls Office, responsible for supporting the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Retail Quality Assurance Manager in delivering exceptional levels of oversight to the Retail businesses, whilst maintaining compliance with applicable policy, process, and controls. Working as part of the Retail team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in performing quality assurance, and outcomes testing by undertaking pre-defined tests, providing robust reporting and following through with actions to closure with excellent strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a knowledge of regulations (UK and Republic of Ireland) ensuring any breaches identified are reported and escalated within a timely manner.
- Testing of processes, ensuring that procedures are being adhered to in line with regulation & internal standards.
- Conduct detailed analyses to identify patterns, trends, and root causes.
- Support the Retail Quality Assurance Manager in providing comprehensive MI (Management Information) and findings to senior leadership.
- To perform outcome testing for the purpose of the identification of customer harm (or potential).
- Interacting with others at all levels across the organisation, including senior-level executives.
- Maintenance of data processes and reports using excel.
- Ensuring departments and/or third-party provider(s) are aware of their own level of quality and are encouraged to deliver exceptional performance in line with agreed standards.

- Strong knowledge of Complaint Handling Procedures and DISP regulations.
- Experience in working with Alteryx.
