Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will be responsible for executing the strategy for product governance across the Motor Finance division. Working as part of the Motor Finance teamour ideal team member will have previous experience in recognising, evaluating, mitigating and monitoring all risks in relation to product development with excellent influencing, negotiating and stakeholder engagement skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, evaluate, mitigate and manage all risks relating to the Product journey.
  • Uphold and evolve the product methodology to enable retail to meet its current and any new regulatory responsibilities.
  • Identify and report RCSA’s across the retail function ensuring they are at the appropriate quality and completeness for the full E2E Product journey.
  • Produce and syndicate Motor’s product reviews and fair value assessments across Motor’s three territories – UK, Ireland and Channel Islands.
  • Administer Motor’s Product Governance forum and aid delivery of associated actions with stakeholders.
  • Support governance standards through Customer, Product & Colleague forums.
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
