Join Close Brothers Regulatory Reporting Team where you will support the accurate and timely delivery of all regulatory, liquidity, capital and Bank of England reporting for the Bank and Consolidated Group. The role covers COREP, RegData/BoE statistical returns, capital and liquidity metrics, and contributions to Pillar 3 disclosures and regulatory sections of Financial Statements.
Responsibilities- Manage and assist with the preparation and submission of Corep, liquidity (including LCR/PRA110/NSFR/ALMM) and statistical BoE returns.
- Ensure reporting is complete, accurate and submitted on time, with appropriate review and challenge.
- Coordinate with Finance, Risk and Treasury teams to validate inputs and strengthen endâtoâend reporting processes.
- Assist in responding to PRA/BoE adâhoc information requests.
- Identify and implement improvements to reporting controls, documentation and governance.
- Assist with the implementation of new PRA and BoE reporting requirements into BAU.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory developments affecting capital, liquidity, and statistical reporting.
- Assist with the preparation of Pillar 3 disclosures and regulatory metrics included in Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
- Prepare reconciliations, summaries and briefing materials for senior management, including Board/ExCo reports.
- Prudential regulatory reporting experience and detailed knowledge of prudential regulations.
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Very strong analytical and review skills.
- Wellâorganised selfâstarter.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Collaboration experience in a teamâoriented workplace preferred.
- An accounting qualification with significant postâqualified experience.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
