Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance (CBIF) team where you will provide support to our Client Managers in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to clients operating Invoice Discounting, IDeal, Factoring and ABL facilities.

Our ideal new team member will have previous experience in a customer facing role within financial services, ideally within the Invoice Finance sector. To be successful in the role, you\’ll have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, be a strong communicator and have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly to ensure good outcomes for your clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative and reporting requirements.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and strong customer retention behaviours
• Maintain our processes and systems in respect of agreement changes, aligned to our business authorities. This includes variation letters and legal documentation requests.
