Join the Close Brothers Motor Finance Team as a Business Services Executive where you will provide support to our partner hubs and partners in the completion of several centralised tasks. This particular role requires a flexible approach in the ability to prioritise differing activities, whilst working to fixed deadlines. Our Business Service Executive will be a highly service driven individual. In order to be successful in the role, you must be a self-motivated individual who can multitask, prioritise and have excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dealer on-boarding– including Sanction and FCA licence checks.
- Carry out Dealer Partner updates and ensure the system is updated to reflect any amendments.
- Commission adjustment and monthly reconciliation.
- Asset Recovery – customer Voluntary Termination, PCP hand back, auction house sales, fee collection.
- Completion of Data SARs, and other GDPR related activities.
- Review Experian (credit) disputes and ensure you reach a resolution that is communicated.
- Manage customers through the Right to withdraw process from initial call to providing the settlement quote and taking a payment.
- Telephone Queries from branch, dealer, customer and other 3rd parties.
- Keeping up to date with Emails & Post.
- Welcome pack preparation– Republic Of Ireland customers Welcome packs.
- HPI (Hire Purchase Investigations) monitoring.
- Monthly MI reporting to various stakeholders including Compliance.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
- Previous experience in the Finance or Automotive industry.
- Awareness/understanding of GDPR/PII.
- Collections experience would be a distinct advantage (Asset Recovery).
