Join the Close Brothers Premium Finance Team where you will enable the Sales Managers to sell – increasing finance penetration of the existing broker portfolio, retention of existing accounts/contracts, and conversion of new business leads. Working as part of the Sales Operations team our ideal team member will have previous experience in analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources, summarising it effectively to pick out key trends and topics to be relayed to the broker with excellent commercial awareness, balanced with good risk management values.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that you maintain regular scheduled contact with the Sales Managers, ideally daily.
- Ensure any Sales Manager requests for rates papers are interpreted accurately, and questioned wherever necessary to reduce errors.
- Use Salesforce to identify new business leads assigned to Sales Managers, completing basic pre-onboarding checks to streamline the process and minimise the risk of missing or incomplete documentation.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to drive up finance penetration, broker retention, and successful new business onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with Brokers.
- Ensure all relevant broker contact is logged in Salesforce to assist the Sales Manager in maintaining relationships.
- Make use of available data to support the Sales Managers in having value-add conversations with their brokers.
