Join Close Brothers Premium Finance (CBPF) Team where you will support the Senior Digital Marketing Executive in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital marketing activity across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to create a digital marketing plan, in line with business objectives.
- Support on the maintenance, development, monitoring and reporting of CBPF’s digital marketing activity, including but not limited to the website, paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing and Trustpilot review generation.
- Own and manage the organic social media calendar, ensuring consistent planning, scheduling, and delivery of high‑quality content across all platforms.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and social media listening to optimise the performance of digital channels to help increase traffic, engagement, lead generation.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Creating broker and customer communication via digital channels.
- Work with key marketing agencies to help support digital activity.
- Continuously seek to suggest new ideas and initiatives.
- Support with the creation of the monthly ExCo and performance reports and post campaign analysis, demonstrating results and areas for change.
- Develop, test, and optimise responsive email templates to ensure high deliverability, engagement, and alignment with best practice.
- Build, schedule, and maintain marketing automation journeys in Pardot, supporting lead nurturing and audience engagement.
- Manage the accuracy and flow of data between Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration, correct lead routing, and reliable reporting.
- Execute compliant email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Pardot users, acting as a key point of contact for email and automation best practices.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

- Digital B2B marketing experience.
- Experience of using Google Analytics to measure website performance.
- Experience of managing and updating websites using content management systems.
- Experience of email marketing, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Solid commercial acumen.
The digital marketing executive should be comfortable with:
- Following the right processes and procedures to assist in obtaining campaign sign off.
- Taking an analytical approach to campaign reviews and using data and insight to make recommendations for future activity/action.
- Using business MI to support the campaign planning and review processes.
- Must be able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Must be proactive and flexible, taking ownership of tasks and always seeking to add value wherever possible.

- An understanding of the FCA regulations impacting marketing activity.
- Experience of the insurance industry.
