Join the Close Brothers Energy Finance team as a Portfolio Operations Specialist, where you will provide effective service to customers and support the team throughout the customer journey.
Your responsibilities will include processing documentation for financial agreements, facilitating payouts, and managing the customer lifecycle. We seek candidates with a strong administrative background, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with legal documentation and financial agreements is advantageous. RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage onboarding of new customers and maintenance of existing files, ensuring data accuracy.
- Become a champion of Bank systems such as Alfa and Salesforce.
- Process loan drawdowns and monitor fees and invoices.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently via email or telephone.
- Support the wider Energy team with routine tasks and projects.
- Respond to external audit requests and provide bank statements to customers.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Experience in customer support within a financial environment.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
