Join Close Brothers Partner Support Executive Team where you will be responsible for providing transactional account management support and guidance to our dealer partners at every stage of their journey to build sustainable long lasting relationships.
The Partner Support Executive is key to ensuring an efficient overall performance from the operational hub, ensuring service levels are maintained across the operational estate within CBMF (Close Brothers Motor Finance) and close collaboration with sales leadership and account management teams. The Partner Support Executive position sits between sales and operations teams and provides transactional support to the Account Managers with account and proposal queries, data analysis and insights, evolving dealer partner needs and focused dealer funding support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively supporting our dealer partners with transactional business and commercial related queries and operational efficiencies (e-mail or telephone)
- Proactively engaging with the sales account management team to optimise the dealer partner experience and commercial performance
- Professionally responding to dealer calls and maintaining strong relationships
- Utilising Salesforce.com (CRM) to enrich dealer partner data to support sales activities
- Supporting with dealer commission payments and any associated pricing queries
- Providing focused support for the dealer funding proposition
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
- Proactively record any Bwise incidents and Anti Money Laundering failings
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment with professional communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
- Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to self-manage priorities
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively analyse data and provide insights
- Strong attention to detail skills
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
- Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive or Consumer Credit Act
- Experience of using a CRM and/or Salesforce.com
- Previous experience or understanding of working within a sales process.
- Previous experience or knowledge of credit risk assessment and retail pricing models
- A sound understanding of the wider Motor Finance market
