Join the Close Brothers Technology Team where you will plan, manage and investigate business situation analysis where there is significant ambiguity and complexity. Working as part of the Technology team our ideal team member will be a highly experienced practitioner with a strong knowledge of a wide range of tools and techniques along with experience of deploying them in complex and ambiguous contexts with excellent stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensures holistic view adopted to identify and analyse wide‑ranging problems and opportunities.
- Partners with stakeholders and specialists to get information required for feasibility assessment.
- Plans and drives scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives.
- Manages the development of models that support strategic business objectives.
- Specifies the testing environment.
- Manages the creation of test cases and scenarios, ensuring they reflect realistic operational conditions and coverage needs.
- Translates communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
- Engaged with stakeholders and influenced outcomes.
- A good appreciation of business change and software development life cycles and approaches, and the concepts and practices required to implement effective information systems.
- Possesses a broad understanding of business and business skills, and appreciates the significance of commercial constraints.
- Able to apply business and technical expertise to assignments in other specialist areas and business domains.
