Join the Close Brothers Marketing Team where you will support the Group Marketing and Brand Manager to work with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver effective internal and external campaign materials/collateral. Our ideal team member will have previous experience in assisting in the activation of high-quality events to support and leverage sponsorships/partnerships with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy
- Support the Group Marketing and Brand Manager on the delivery of an optimised marketing strategy for internal and external audiences.
- Promote our employer brand.
Partnerships/sponsorships
- Support the Group Marketing and Brand Manager in maximising the delivery of rights through agreed partnerships/sponsorships.
- Support on the internal and external activation of campaigns to increase brand awareness and exposure through the partnerships/sponsorships.
- Project management of events, including production of event collateral.
- Onsite attendance to support running of guest hospitality.
- Showcase the Close Brothers brand and maximise brand exposure while delivering a high-quality guest experience.
- Liaison with key suppliers and partnership teams.
Media/content campaigns and project management
- Support on the creation, development and delivery of the content strategy and assets for key partnerships/sponsorships, advertising, products and services, thought leadership, employer brand and diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Work with the Group Marketing and Brand Manager to deliver media campaigns for both print and online to enhance brand exposure.
- Regular meetings with media agency to schedule, review creative/messaging and campaign analysis.
- Write engaging and informative communication materials for campaigns, to cover internal and external activation and messaging.
Digital: Website and social media
- Creation of digital content for the website and social media channels to support campaigns.
- Triage stakeholder requests effectively for website updates and processing content updates through the CMS.
- Involvement in website project with a key focus on completing content migration.
- Collaborate with business digital marketing teams to share best practice, regulation updates.
- Benchmark/review of peer websites to inform digital content strategy.
Stakeholder management
- Work with external organisations such as agencies, partners, and suppliers.
- Work closely with several internal teams and key stakeholders around the group to deliver effective internal and external campaign materials/collateral.

- Team player with the ability to build and leverage relationships at all levels.
- Experience of senior stakeholder engagement: C-suite, legal, finance, investor relations, compliance teams etc.
- Advanced copywriting/proofreading skills.
- Experience organising and managing events.
- Self-sufficient and proactive, a quick learner who demonstrates initiative.
- Demonstrable project management skills.
- Confident in handling supplier/partner relationships.
- Prior experience working within Financial Services.

- Relevant Marketing qualifications, inc CIM or IDM.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
