Close Brothers Learning and Development team is recruiting for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to assist the Learning Business Partner with the successful running of a range of learning solutions across the Banking Division.
This will include design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives, with specific reference to induction, soft skills, management skills, development programmes and regulatory training requirements.
