The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
OVERALL SUMMARY
In this role you will provide administrative support, following the passing of a client in respect of any funds managed by Trinity Bridge. Working closely with other colleagues, you will be a crucial member of the team, ensuring an efficient and sensitive handling during the process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertake all stages of the Bereavement Administration process from initial notification, through system updates and document preparation, to the final processing of Deceased estates instructions, within agreed SLAs.
- Have ownership and accountability of a determined book of deceased clients.
- Direct contact with clients and deceased representatives both over the phone and in written form, covering a number of different elements, to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times.
- Close liaison with other internal customers and departments to ensure that an excellent service is provided, at all times.
- Support with the collation of departmental statistics on a daily and monthly basis, where appropriate.
- Ensure any areas of concern are raised in a timely manner to Line Manager.
- Adherence to and updating of, all departmental procedures.
- Consistently demonstrate and act in line with our Business Principles (Client, Excellence, People & Integrity).
- Regulatory responsibilities - Compliance/T&C
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business.
- Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

- Previous Financial Services experience, specifically in a Wealth Management business, would be a key advantage.
- Previous Bereavement Administration experience would be a key advantage.
- Keen attention to detail (system and non-system).
- Ability to work quickly and accurately within very tight deadlines.
- Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Flexible and available to work overtime during peak workload periods.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
