Join the Close Brothers Broker & Professional Solutions (BPS) team where you'll deliver exceptional service to our customers, working to understand their needs and exceed their expectations wherever possible.

Based in our Manchester office, youโ€™ll bring experience in customer services, ideally within B2B banking/lending, along with strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these effectively and in a timely manner
  • Process all requests, where required, for in-life tasks including settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules, process card payments, refunds and updates to account information plus other activity required as and when requested.
  • Ensure all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and SLAโ€™s
  • Address Customer complaints in accordance with policy
  • Ensure all company systems, including ALFA, Salesforce (including Middle Office) are kept updated with relevant Customer information and to agreed data quality standards
  • Respond promptly and accurately to general sales request or queries.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Experience of providing excellent Customer support
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven exposure to working proactively and taking initiative
  • An ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, quick to develop and maintain relationship both internally and externally
  • Numerate with analytical ability

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services Industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles
  • Previous knowledge and experience of the Asset Finance industry
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Products
