Join Close Brothers Vehicle Hire Team where you will support the Credit Control Supervisor to collect all invoices due from our customers and communicate with our customers regularly to keep bad debt to a minimum.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Control and monitor all allocated accounts
- Collection of aged debt by means of telephone customer contact, keeping aged debt and general bad debt provisions within KPIs
- Assisting the Credit Control Supervisor with overall cash collection and ensure targets are achieved
- Logging and resolving customer invoice queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and elevate any concerns regarding customers trading history to the appropriate senior manager
- Support the Head of Credit Risk and Collections legal collections and any recovery of assets/debt that may occur
- Liaise and support billing with any customer issues that may arise
- Producing and issuing statements to customers
- Provide support to any daily/monthly tasks as required
