Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance (CBIF) team where you will provide support to our Client Managers in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to clients operating Invoice Discounting, IDeal, Factoring and ABL facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide on hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative and reporting requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and strong customer retention behaviours.
- Maintain our processes and systems in respect of agreement changes, aligned to our business authorities. This includes variation letters and legal documentation requests.
- Handle client payment requests and processing within business authorities.
- Assist the new business/onboarding process with system set up checks and client training.
- Co-ordinate outgoing inter-factor transfers.
- Ensure timely and accurate system closures, including completion and circulation of termination reports.
- Attend client visits as required to enhance and build on existing relationships.
- Identification and escalation of risks.
- Timely and accurate completion of Annual Security reviews.
- Ensure that customers are put at the heart of what we do as a business and that when delivering our products and services the customer's needs are met as far as possible.
- Ensure that our products and services are clearly, fairly and accurately described in marketing and other client documentation.
- Ensure that customers are treated fairly throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Taking ownership of all inbound enquiries, effectively liaising with all areas of the business and meeting expected turnaround times.
- Consistent approach/best practice and financial accuracy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer facing role within financial services, ideally within the Invoice Finance sector.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communicator with ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly to ensure good outcomes for clients.
- Highly organised with ability to effectively manage time.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience of working in a client facing/administration role within financial services.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Have prior experience with Invoice Finance products and services.
- Have an ABFA qualification to foundation level.
