Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance (CBIF) team where you will work alongside our Client Managers to deliver innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to our clients in the Commercial Portfolio (funds in use up to £3M).
Working as part of the Client Services team based in Manchester, our ideal new team member will have previous experience in customer facing roles, ideally within the invoice finance world and will possess excellent communication, prioritisation and administrative skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on-hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
- Ensure an excellent standard of service is provided at all times
- Accurately process client payment requests on the day of receipt and ensure that any overpayments are in accordance with an approved authority
- Process any changes to clients terms and conditions and ensure they are accurately documented on the client file
- Process relevant fees, reports and documentation in relation to client terminations
- Review IDeal dashboard and liaise with clients on any reconciliation variances
- Assist with the new business/onboarding process, especially with system set up and client training.

- You have relevant experience in a client facing role, ideally within the Invoice Finance industry
- You're an excellent communicator both verbally and written
- You build effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients
- You're detail orientated and highly organised - able to effectively prioritise your own workload
- You love working in a team, but can handle individual tasks
